Decided to spend a few days in Newcastle for the October long weekend. 5.30am start,so as to miss the traffic on Pendle Hill road, and a lot of frustration. Rolled into Newcastle around 8am, and time to look for a place serving breakfast.
Another year, and another 4 week trip to America to visit family, and to explore. Landed in San Francisco, and then headed to Berkeley, my wife’s hometown.
Over the June long weekend we headed down to Gerringong, to spend three days exploring from Kiama to Point Perpendicular. And on the way home, a stop at Bald Hill to watch Hang Gliders in action.
